  • The Women’s Wellness & Self-Care Expo is a full-day community experience designed to support women’s holistic wellbeing—mind, body, and life. The Expo features inspiring speakers, interactive workshops, wellness vendors, community resources, and intentional spaces for connection, reflection, and growth.

  • Your ticket includes:

    • Access to all speakers, panels, and workshops

    • Entry to the vendor marketplace and wellness experiences

    • Complimentary professional headshots (while supplies last)

    • Opportunities to connect with community partners and resources

    • A full day intentionally designed to pour into your wellbeing

  • No advance registration is required for individual sessions. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend looking at the schedule in advance, arriving early to take full advantage of the day.

  • We recommend bringing:

    • A notebook or journal

    • Business cards (optional)

    • A water bottle

    • Comfortable shoes

    • An open heart and mind

  • Dress in a way that makes you feel comfortable, confident, and like yourself. Many attendees choose business casual, elevated casual, or wellness-inspired attire.

    Because the Expo includes complimentary professional headshots, you may want to be especially intentional with your outfit.

    We recommend:

    • Comfortable shoes (you’ll be on your feet throughout the day)

    • Layers (rooms may vary in temperature)

    • Solid colors or subtle patterns for headshots

    • Minimal logos or busy prints

    • Clothing that reflects your personal style or professional brand

    You’ll be walking the vendor marketplace, attending workshops, networking, and having your photo taken—so choose something that allows you to move through the day with ease and confidence.

    Photography. No appointment is required; photos are available on a first-come, first-served basis during Expo hours.

  • Yes. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door on the day of the Expo, as long as capacity allows.

    To avoid lines and ensure the smoothest check-in experience, we strongly recommend purchasing your ticket in advance online. Advance purchase also allows you to receive important pre-event information, including preparation tips and schedule updates.

  • The Women’s Wellness & Self-Care Expo is designed primarily for adults ages 18 and up.

    At this time, childcare is not provided. We understand that childcare access can be a challenge, and we approach this with care and compassion.

    Children are not prohibited, and we welcome families to make the choice that works best for them. We simply ask that parents and caregivers be mindful of session environments and other attendees so everyone can fully enjoy the experience.

  • Yes. In the event of inclement weather, the rain date is Saturday, February 7, 2026. A decision will be communicated in advance to allow for safe travel planning, especially for out-of-town attendees.

  • All ticket sales are final. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
